Caramelized Orange and Lemon Potatoes Recipe

Fresh and very satisfying. One of my favorites.

Lemons and oranges are used often times in our Mediterranean dishes. Here is a healthy quick side dish.


  • 750gr potatoes peeled and cut into quarters lengthwise

  • 1/2 cup Darmmess Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • garlic gloves

  • 1 tablespoons mustard

  • rosemary

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 250C

  2. Add all ingredients to a baking pan. Mix well with your hands. Salt and pepper, to taste.

  3. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden crunchy and brown.
