Caramelized Orange and Lemon Potatoes Recipe
Fresh and very satisfying. One of my favorites.
Lemons and oranges are used often times in our Mediterranean dishes. Here is a healthy quick side dish.

Ingredients:
750gr potatoes peeled and cut into quarters lengthwise
1/2 cup Darmmess Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
garlic gloves
1 tablespoons mustard
rosemary
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 250C
Add all ingredients to a baking pan. Mix well with your hands. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden crunchy and brown.
